Yes. Your subscriptions to Supervisor will automatically renew at the end of the specific term and you will be invoiced at the then current rates. You may elect to cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us or logging into your Snowden Account at and cancelling your subscription from the “My Licenses” page. Specific terms and conditions do apply when you terminate an annual subscription that you are paying monthly. Our license agreement has these conditions documented and you should refer to this if you want further information on how the subscription renewals work.
Yes you can. Contact us, or log into your Snowden Account to cancel you subscription at any time. If you do cancel your subscription, it will terminate at the end of then-current billing cycle, and you will not be entitled to any credits or refunds for amounts accrued or paid prior to the cancellation.
No, your subscription to Supervisor entitles you to use the product for active subscription terms only. The product is designed to not operate after your subscription is terminated.
A global floating license provides Supervisor users the ability to use a license from anywhere in the world on any machine that has Supervisor installed. This floating license provides access to a single concurrent license with an unlimited number of users that can use it. You simply need to assign your eligible users to the floating license in your Snowden Account. What’s more is that you do not need to have dongles, or a License Server installed to enable this feature. We provide it for you!
